"One of my earliest memories in Kapuskasing, Ontario was digging holes."

Noreen, creator of Garden911, in her vegetable garden

My grandmother had a lovely garden and for some reason, when I was just a young child, she let me dig in it.   You could say, she planted the seed in me, which turned into a lifetime of gardening for food.  My greatest love is growing it, cooking it, and feeding my people.

When I retired, becoming a Certified Master Gardener made sense.    But the deeper I got, the more I noticed the same thing on  gardening sites:

  • endless advice, zero failures!

  • bountiful gardens, pest and heartache free!!

  • AND WHERE ARE ALL THE BUGS!!!

So I built the site I couldn't find -

honest answers about what went wrong and how to fix it.

Your garden issues are my favourite kind of mail.
